A refund request will be considered valid only if it is made through an email to support@learniby.com or through the Learniby App, clearly specifying the email address and phone number used during registration, within 3 days of the purchase.

No refund requests will be accepted after 3 days of purchase. Refunds are not applicable for store items or courses with 1 to 3 months subscriptions. Please contact customer support for alternative solutions.

Approved refunds will be processed through the mobile financial service used for the original purchase within 15 days of successful approval by Learniby. Confirmation of the refund will be sent to the user via email.
