Learniby ("we", "our") operates the Facebook Page and Messenger experience for Learniby (learniby.com). This page explains what data we receive through Facebook/Messenger and how you can request its deletion. এই পেজে ফেসবুক/মেসেঞ্জারের মাধ্যমে আমরা কী তথ্য পাই এবং আপনি কীভাবে তা মুছে ফেলার অনুরোধ করতে পারেন, তা ব্যাখ্যা করা হয়েছে।
What data we store / আমরা কী তথ্য সংরক্ষণ করি
When you message our Facebook Page or comment on our posts, we store: your Facebook/Messenger display name, your Page-Scoped User ID, and the content of your messages or comments — solely to respond to your enquiry about our courses and admissions.
আপনি যখন আমাদের ফেসবুক পেজে মেসেজ করেন বা পোস্টে কমেন্ট করেন, তখন আমরা সংরক্ষণ করি: আপনার প্রদর্শিত নাম, Page-Scoped User ID এবং আপনার মেসেজ/কমেন্টের বিষয়বস্তু — শুধুমাত্র কোর্স ও ভর্তি সংক্রান্ত আপনার প্রশ্নের উত্তর দেওয়ার জন্য।
How to request deletion / কীভাবে মুছে ফেলার অনুরোধ করবেন
You can ask us to permanently delete all data associated with your Facebook account at any time, using either method below:
- Email: Send an email to support@learniby.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request", and include the Facebook name you used to contact our Page.
- Messenger: Send a message to our Facebook Page with the words "DELETE MY DATA".
আপনি যেকোনো সময় নিচের যেকোনো একটি উপায়ে আপনার ফেসবুক অ্যাকাউন্ট সংশ্লিষ্ট সব তথ্য স্থায়ীভাবে মুছে ফেলার অনুরোধ করতে পারেন: (১) support@learniby.com-এ "Data Deletion Request" বিষয় দিয়ে ইমেইল করুন, অথবা (২) আমাদের ফেসবুক পেজে "DELETE MY DATA" লিখে মেসেজ পাঠান।
Response time / প্রক্রিয়াকরণের সময়
We will confirm and permanently delete the associated data within 30 days of receiving your request. আমরা আপনার অনুরোধ পাওয়ার ৩০ দিনের মধ্যে সংশ্লিষ্ট তথ্য স্থায়ীভাবে মুছে ফেলব।
